Sawnee Built is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sawnee Built cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
Types of Returns
We offer two types of returns: refund and exchange.
Refund
If the product qualifies for a refund, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchange
If you prefer to exchange the product for another, we will be happy to accommodate your request. The new item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team either by phone or email. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the product securely and include all original accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product. Ensure the package is labeled with the provided RMA number.
3. Ship the package back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.
4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item. You will be notified via email once the process is completed.
Exceptions and Conditions
Please note that the following exceptions and conditions apply to our return policy:
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Products that have been misused, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If the product was purchased from an authorized Sawnee Built retailer, the return must be processed through that specific retailer as per their return policy.
For health and safety reasons, certain products like personal care items or intimate apparel cannot be returned.
